Items purchased at BraveSahara.com may be returned only by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 14 days after purchase. Shipping fee (where applicable) is not refundable.

CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:
Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded with a Store Credit.
Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return/exchange.
Exchange requests will be accepted by email. To make a change or return the product, please, make in by this format: Send an email with subject line “Change and Return” to email@example.com
You will have to send us a clear photo of the product to prove it is on the original conditions.
No exchange requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.
- Exchanges will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee that it has been shipped back
- We don’t refund shipping cost or customs cost
